The Vista da Serra is a residential development located in Bom Retiro, Santa Catarina, currently in the phase of compatibility and approval. Situated on a corner lot and at a high point in the city, the project was designed to become a local urban landmark, combining a contemporary architectural language with reinterpreted classical references.
The name Vista da Serra arises from the direct relationship with the place. Bom Retiro is known as the gateway to the Serra Catarinense, being one of the first cities with access to the mountainous region. The implementation on a high point of the city allows the building to enjoy wide views of the landscape, reinforcing the project's connection to the territory and the name of the enterprise.
The volumetry of the building is asymmetrical, exploring different planes and overhangs that create movement in the facade and reinforce the verticality of the tower. Elements such as arches, frames, and proportions inspired by classical architecture are reinterpreted in a contemporary way, while the vertical glazed plane stands out as a striking element of the architectural composition.
The program is organized into different levels. The project features two exposed basements designated for garages, taking advantage of the natural slope of the terrain. At street level, the ground floor houses commercial areas and the residential lobby, followed by a garden floor and typical residential floors. At the top of the building, the rooftop concentrates leisure areas, including a spa, game room, outdoor fireplace, gourmet space with a barbecue, and gym. This floor was designed so that all residents can enjoy the experience of a privileged view of the mountains, enhancing the relationship between the building, the landscape, and the experience of living in the location.
